If you are in Manila's central area, start at Rizal Park (Luneta). Head southwest toward the main road, Roxas Boulevard. Walk along Roxas Boulevard until you reach the junction with Taft Avenue. Turn left onto Taft Avenue and continue walking straight. After around 1 kilometer, turn right onto Padre Burgos Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Intramuros, which will be noticeable with its high stone walls.

From any point in Manila, locate a jeepney terminal. Board a jeepney heading to 'Intramuros' or 'Divisoria'. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will pass by Intramuros. The fare is usually around 10-15 PHP. Once you arrive at the Intramuros area, get off at the nearest stop and follow the signs or ask locals for directions to General Luna Street, where you will find Intramuros Gate.

Take the LRT Line 1 and disembark at the 'Central Terminal' station. From here, exit the station and head towards the pedestrian overpass.
