If you are starting near Rizal Park, walk towards Taft Avenue and then head towards the Intramuros area. Continue walking straight along General Luna Street until you reach the Manila 1945 Historical Marker and Memorial, which will be on your left.

From the nearest MRT station (e.g., Ayala MRT Station), take a jeepney heading to Intramuros. Board the jeepney and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Fort Santiago. From there, walk along General Luna Street, and you will find the Manila 1945 Historical Marker and Memorial. It should be a short walk, about 5-10 minutes.

Take the LRT Line 1 and disembark at the Central Terminal Station. Once you exit, head west towards the Intramuros area. You can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or catch a tricycle to get closer to General Luna Street.
