If you are near the Manila Cathedral, head towards Plaza Roma by exiting the cathedral and walking straight down the path until you reach the main gate of Intramuros. Once outside, you will see a sign directing you to Plaza Roma. Continue straight for about 5 minutes; the park will be on your left.
