If you are near Ayala Center, you can easily walk to Ayala Museum. From the Ayala Triangle Gardens, head towards Makati Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the corner of Dela Rosa Street. The museum is located at Greenbelt Park, which is right at the junction. Look for the entrance near the park, and you will see the museum's signage.

If you are further away, you can take a jeepney to reach the Ayala Museum. Look for jeepneys with routes heading towards Ayala Avenue. Alight at the Ayala Avenue corner and walk towards Makati Avenue. From there, head to the corner of Dela Rosa Street, where you will find the entrance to the museum at Greenbelt Park.
