Park your car at a safe location near the entrance to the falls.

From Legazpi City, take a jeepney heading to Malilipot. Fare is approximately PHP 20-30. Inform the driver that you are heading to Kapi'tan Falls Bulawan. The jeepney will drop you off at the Malilipot market. From there, you may need to hire a local tricycle for around PHP 50-100 to take you to the falls entrance. Be sure to negotiate the price beforehand.
