Private Car
If you are driving from the Mt. Pulag area, head southeast on the main road towards Bokod. Continue on this road until you reach the junction leading to the Ambuklao Dam. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Ambuklao Dam View Deck along the way. Upon reaching the area, look for designated parking spaces.
Public Transportation
From the Mt. Pulag area, you may take a jeepney or local bus heading to Bokod. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Ambuklao Dam. The ride will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the nearest drop-off point, you may need to walk or take a tricycle for about 10-15 minutes to reach the Ambuklao Dam View Deck. Be prepared for a small fee (around PHP 20-50) for the tricycle ride.
Hiking/Walking
If you are already near the view deck and prefer a more adventurous route, you can hike from nearby trails. Follow local hiking paths that lead towards Bokod. Make sure to have a map or a local guide since these paths can be less defined. This option is recommended for those who are physically fit and can handle steep and uneven terrain.
