Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, navigate to PQHR+HXJ, Baguio - La Trinidad - Bontoc Rd, Buguias, Benguet. From Baguio City, take the Baguio - La Trinidad - Bontoc Road. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic conditions. Once you reach Buguias, keep an eye out for road signs directing you towards Mount Pulag and Gambang View Deck. There are limited parking spaces available near the view deck, so plan to arrive early, especially on weekends.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Gambang View Deck using public transportation, board a bus heading to Buguias from Baguio City. You can find buses at the Dangwa Terminal or along the main highway. The fare should be around PHP 150-200. Inform the bus driver that you are heading to Gambang or ask them to drop you off near Buguias. Once you arrive in Buguias, you may need to hire a local tricycle or motorcycle taxi to reach the Gambang View Deck. The tricycle ride will cost approximately PHP 50-100, depending on the distance.

• Hiking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Mount Pulag and prefer an adventurous approach, consider hiking towards Gambang View Deck. Make sure to start early in the morning as the trek can take several hours. Follow local trails that are often used by hikers and ensure you have a map or a local guide. Be aware that the terrain can be challenging, so wear appropriate footwear and bring sufficient water and snacks. This method requires a good level of fitness and experience in hiking.
