If you're driving, start from Baguio City. Head to the main road (Marcos Highway) and follow the signs leading to Atok and then Kabayan. Continue on the road until you reach the junction for Mount Pulag. The road will lead you through scenic views and you'll pass by several small villages. As you approach the entrance, look for the sign that says 'Mount Pulag National Park'. Make sure to park your car at the designated parking area near the ranger station. Note that there is an entrance fee of around PHP 100 per person.

From Baguio City, take a jeepney bound for Kabayan; these jeepneys leave from the Dangwa terminal. The fare is approximately PHP 200. The jeepney ride will take about 2-3 hours, depending on road conditions. Get off at the Kabayan junction, and from there, you can hire a tricycle for around PHP 50-100 to take you to the Mount Pulag National Park entrance. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you off at the ranger station.
