Private Car

From Mt. Pulag, head towards the main road that leads you down from the mountain. Drive towards Baguio City. Once you reach Baguio, follow the signs to Mines View Park. The observation deck is located within the park area. Parking is available nearby, but it may incur a fee of around PHP 20-50 depending on the duration of your stay.

Public Transportation (Jeepney)

From Mt. Pulag, return to the nearest town where you can catch a jeepney heading to Baguio City. Once in Baguio, take another jeepney bound for Mines View. The fare from the town to Baguio is approximately PHP 50, and the fare to Mines View is around PHP 10-15. Inform the driver to drop you off at Mines View Park.
