If you're driving from any point in Panglao Island, head towards the main road (Hontanosas St.) that leads to the junction where you can proceed to Baclayon. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Baclayon and follow the road until you reach a ferry terminal (the closest being the Baclayon Port). Here, you'll need to take a local boat to Pamilacan Island. The boat ride will cost approximately 1,000 PHP for a round trip, which can accommodate several passengers. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Pamilacan Island, you can walk to Pamilacan Island Paradise Resort, which is a short distance from the docking area.

For those using public transportation, you can take a tricycle or a jeepney from your location in Panglao Island to the nearest ferry terminal in Baclayon. The fare for a tricycle ride is around 200-300 PHP depending on your starting point. Upon reaching the Baclayon Port, you will need to take a local boat to Pamilacan Island. The cost for the boat ride is approximately 1,000 PHP for a round trip. The boat ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Pamilacan Island, the resort is a short walk from the docking area.
