If you are staying in Tagbilaran City, take a tricycle from your accommodation to the Tagbilaran City Terminal. Once at the terminal, ask for a tricycle that goes to Alburquerque. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver you want to go to the Bohol Python & Wildlife Park located at JX78+PF, Alburquerque. The driver will know the location.

From Tagbilaran City, head to the Dao Bus Terminal. You can take a jeepney or tricycle to get there. Once at the Dao Terminal, look for buses heading to the town of Alburquerque. Board the bus, and it will take about 45 minutes to reach Alburquerque. Once you arrive in Alburquerque, you can take a short tricycle ride to JX78+PF, where the Bohol Python & Wildlife Park is located.
