If you are in the city center, head towards the junction at Rizal Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see the Hernandez Building on your right. The P&P Tattoo shop is located on the 4th floor of this building.

Once you arrive at Hernandez Building, use the stairs or elevator to go to the 4th floor where P&P Tattoo is located.
