To reach Seawall using public transportation, head to the nearest tricycle terminal in Siquijor town. Board a tricycle heading to San Juan. The ride will take about 30 minutes and should cost around 100-150 PHP per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to Seawall. Once you arrive in San Juan, ask to be dropped off at the nearest beach access point; Seawall is just a short walk from there.

For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorbike in Siquijor. Follow the same route as for car rentals: head south on the Circumferential Road for about 16 kilometers until you reach San Juan.
