After about 10 kilometers, you will reach the intersection near the Tanauan City Hall. Turn left onto Tanauan-Banjo Laurel Road and continue for approximately 6 kilometers. Look for signs to Calejon Falls; you will eventually see a small road branching off to the right. Follow this road until you reach a parking area near the entrance to Calejon Falls.
