Once you are in Tagaytay, head to the nearest tricycle terminal, which can be found near the Tagaytay Rotonda. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mount Batulao in Nasugbu, Batangas. The tricycle ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Jeepney
From the Tagaytay City Proper, go to the jeepney terminal located at the intersection near the public market. Take a jeepney bound for Nasugbu and tell the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Mount Batulao. The ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive, you may need to hire a tricycle to reach the base of Mount Batulao.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are staying relatively close to the area, you can consider walking to the foot of Mount Batulao. Start from the Tagaytay Rotonda and head towards the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway. Follow the highway signs pointing to Nasugbu. It will take several hours to walk, so be prepared with water and snacks.
