From anywhere in Tagaytay, head to the main jeepney terminal near Olivarez Plaza. Look for a jeepney bound for San Luis, Pampanga. Ensure you confirm with the driver that they will take you to San Luis. The fare is typically around PHP 50-70. Upon arriving in San Luis, ask the driver to drop you off at a landmark near San Luis Park. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the park.

If you're closer to a tricycle terminal, or if you prefer a more direct route, take a tricycle from your location in Tagaytay to the jeepney terminal at Olivarez Plaza first. From there, catch a jeepney to San Luis, Pampanga. After being dropped off in San Luis, you can take another tricycle to reach San Luis Park directly. The total fare may be slightly higher, around PHP 100-150.
