Walking
If you're starting from the Vigan Cathedral, head southwest on Calle Juan Luna towards Calle Crisologo. Turn left onto Calle Crisologo and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle Salcedo. Take a right onto Calle Salcedo and continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Bantay Church Bell Tower. From there, continue walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will see the Chapel by the Ruins on your right.
Tricycle
Find a tricycle terminal near your location in Vigan, or ask locals for the nearest one. Tell the driver you're going to the Chapel by the Ruins (or Bantay Bell Tower). The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off near the Chapel by the Ruins, which is a short walk from the Bantay Bell Tower.
Bike Rental
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Vigan. Start from the Vigan Plaza and cycle towards the Bantay Church Bell Tower. Follow the same route as walking: head southwest on Calle Juan Luna, turn left onto Calle Crisologo, then right onto Calle Salcedo. After about 1 kilometer, you will arrive at the Bantay Bell Tower. Continue biking for another 300 meters, and you will find the Chapel by the Ruins on your right.
