From the center of Vigan, start at Calle Crisologo, a popular tourist spot. Head east on Calle Crisologo until you reach the intersection with Rizal Avenue. Turn left onto Rizal Avenue and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by various local shops and eateries. After reaching the intersection with the Manila North Road (National Highway), turn right. Continue along the highway for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the town of Santa. The Quirino Bridge will be on your left side. Look for the bridge's distinctive architectural style, and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area.
Tricycle
From any point in Vigan, you can hail a tricycle and inform the driver that you want to go to Quirino Bridge in Santa. It’s a common destination, so the drivers will know where to take you. The ride will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. You will be dropped off right at the bridge, where you can enjoy the scenic views.
