If you are driving from Bacolod City, head north on the Circumferential Road and follow the signs to Silay City. Continue for about 20 kilometers. Upon entering Silay City, look for Cinco De Noviembre Street and turn right. Balay Negrense is located at RX2F+277, on your left side. Parking is usually available near the entrance.

From Bacolod City, you can take a bus bound for Silay City. Buses leave from the South Bus Terminal approximately every 30 minutes. The fare is around 25 PHP. Once you arrive at Silay City, alight at the Silay City Public Market. From there, you can take a tricycle for around 15 PHP to Balay Negrense, which is about 2 kilometers from the market.
