If you're driving from Iloilo City proper, head northwest on J. De Leon Street towards Dela Rama Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Diversion Road (Iloilo Circumferential Road). Turn left onto the Diversion Road and continue until you see the exit for Molo District. Follow the signs to Molo and turn left onto Locsin Street. The Molo Mansion will be on your right at Yusay-Consing Mansion, Locsin St, Molo, Iloilo City. Parking is available on the street.

Inform the driver you want to go to Molo Mansion. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Molo, get off at the nearest stop and walk towards Locsin Street. The Molo Mansion is located on Locsin Street, look for Yusay-Consing Mansion on your right.
