Once in Guihulngan City, look for the signs that read 'Kansalakan Enchanted River' and follow the Guihulngan - Isabela - Hinigaran Road (the address is 45CC+Q43). The river is located along this road. Parking may be available near the site, but check for any fees that might apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Kansalakan Enchanted River via public transport, start by taking a bus from Dumaguete City to Guihulngan City. Buses frequently depart from the Dumaguete South Bus Terminal. The fare is approximately PHP 100-150 and the trip takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Guihulngan City, you can take a local tricycle or habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to get to the river.
