If you are driving from Zamboanga City, take the National Highway heading north towards Dipolog City. Continue for about 9 hours (approximately 300 kilometers) until you reach the town of Dapitan. Once in Dapitan, follow the signs to Sunset Boulevard. The Punto de Desembarco de Rizal en Dapitan is located along Sunset Boulevard. You can park nearby.

From Zamboanga City, you can take a bus from the Grand Terminal to Dapitan City. Buses like Rural Transit or Super Five have regular schedules. The journey takes about 8-9 hours and costs around 400-600 PHP. Once you arrive at the Dapitan City Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle or walk to Sunset Boulevard, where Punto de Desembarco de Rizal is located.
