Follow the signs to Dipolog City, then continue to Sergio Osmeña Sr. Upon reaching the junction in Sergio Osmeña, turn left towards Tinindugan. Drive for another 15-20 minutes until you reach the Viewpoint at Tinindugan. Parking is available on-site.
