Kilińskiego and walk for approximately 300 meters. Branicki Palace is located on your right at Jana Kilińskiego 1.

From the Białystok Main Train Station, take bus number 1 (direction: Dojlidy Górne) or number 16 (direction: Wygoda). Get off at the stop 'Kilińskiego' after about 5 stops. Once you exit the bus, walk back a short distance along ul. Kilińskiego for about 200 meters, and you will find Branicki Palace on your left at Jana Kilińskiego 1.
