Getting There

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From Bielsko-Biała, go to the main bus station (Dworzec Autobusowy Bielsko-Biała). Take a bus heading to Oświęcim. Buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Oświęcim, disembark at the main bus stop (Oświęcim Dworzec Autobusowy). From there, walk towards Więźniów Oświęcimia Street, following the signs to the Memorial. The Mass Grave is located at Więźniów Oświęcimia, 32-600 Oświęcim.

  • Walking from Oświęcim Bus Station

    After arriving at Oświęcim Bus Station, exit the station and turn left onto 1 Maja Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Więźniów Oświęcimia Street. Turn right on Więźniów Oświęcimia and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will see the entrance to the memorial area on your left, which includes the Mass Grave.

    You can also take a train from Bielsko-Biała to Oświęcim. Head to the Bielsko-Biała train station (Dworzec PKP Bielsko-Biała). Check the train schedule for trains going to Oświęcim. The train ride takes around 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Oświęcim station, follow the walking directions provided for the bus station, as they are the same from the train station.
