If you're starting from Bielsko-Biała's main train station (Bielsko-Biała Główna), exit the station and head south towards ul. 1 Maja. Continue straight on ul. 1 Maja for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with ul. Cieszyńska. Turn left onto ul. Cieszyńska and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Pomnik Pampaliniego (the Pampalini Monument) on your right side, situated in a small park area.

From the Bielsko-Biała main train station, you can take tram line 1 (towards Wapienica) or bus line 3 (towards Straconka) from the nearby tram/bus stop. Get off at the stop 'Wzgórze' (which is approximately 5 stops away). From there, walk downhill on ul. Wzgórze for about 300 meters. Pomnik Pampaliniego will be on your left, in a small park area.
