From Ustrzyki Dolne, head southeast on National Road 84 towards Zatwarnica. After approximately 30 km, you will reach Zatwarnica. Once in Zatwarnica, look for signs directing you to the Szepit waterfall. You will need to park your car in a designated parking area near the trailhead, which may have a small fee (around 5 PLN). From the parking area, follow the marked hiking trails leading to the waterfall, which is about a 30-minute walk through the beautiful forested area.

To reach Szepit waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Rzeszów to Ustrzyki Dolne. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 2-3 hours. Upon arriving in Ustrzyki Dolne, you will need to catch a local bus to Zatwarnica. This local bus ride is approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Zatwarnica, follow the same instructions as for car travel. Look for the signs to the Szepit waterfall and walk for approximately 30 minutes to reach the falls. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as they may vary, especially on weekends.

If you are already in the Bieszczady area and have access to hiking trails, you can approach Szepit waterfall by hiking from nearby trails. The most common route starts from the village of Zatwarnica. From the village, follow the yellow hiking trail markers that guide you through picturesque landscapes. The hike takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you have proper hiking gear and enough water for the journey. Note that while hiking is free, you may encounter areas where small fees are charged for trail maintenance, so have some cash on hand.
