You'll pass by beautiful views and various cafes. Keep walking until you reach the area named Rybackie Pobrzeże. The Black Pearl Ship is located directly on the waterfront at Rybackie Pobrzeże, 80-888 Gdańsk. The walk should take about 15 minutes from the Green Gate.
