Travel Guide to Gdańsk Długa Street

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Gdańsk Główny Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main street, ul. 3 Maja. Turn left onto ul. 3 Maja and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto ul. Podwale Grodzkie, which will lead you towards the historical center. Continue straight until you reach the Green Gate (Zielona Brama). From the Green Gate, walk towards the Long Market (Długi Targ), where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. Gdańsk Długa Street is just adjacent to the Long Market; simply walk along Długi Targ, and you will see the beginning of Długa Street on your right.

• Public Transport - Tram

  From the Gdańsk Główny Train Station, walk to the nearby tram stop called 'Dworzec Główny'. Take tram line 3 or 6 in the direction of 'Zaspa'. Get off at the 'Długi Targ' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will be directly at the Long Market. Długa Street is located just off the Long Market. Walk towards the historical buildings, and you will find Długa Street starting nearby.

• Walking

  If you are near the Neptune Fountain, which is a central landmark in Gdańsk, simply walk down Długi Targ (Long Market) street towards the direction of the Green Gate. Długa Street is at the end of Długi Targ. You will see the street sign for Długa Street as you approach, and it will lead you to a variety of cafes, shops, and beautiful architecture.
