Public Transport
To reach ORP Błyskawica at al. Jana Pawła II 1 in Gdynia from Gdańsk, start by taking a train from Gdańsk Główny station. Purchase a ticket to Gdynia Główna, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Gdynia Główna station, exit and head towards the bus stop located right outside the station. Take bus number 106 or 118 towards the Gdynia Sea. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Skwer Kościuszki' stop. From there, walk along the waterfront promenade for about 5 minutes until you see the ORP Błyskawica, which is prominently docked.
Walking
If you are already in Gdynia, you can simply walk to ORP Błyskawica from the city center. Start at the main square (Plac Kaszubski) and head towards ul. 10 Lutego. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area. From there, follow the promenade along the Gdynia Harbour. The ORP Błyskawica will be visible, and it is located at al. Jana Pawła II 1. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service from any location in Gdynia. Simply provide the driver with the address: al. Jana Pawła II 1, 81-345 Gdynia. The journey will generally take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
