Public Transport
If you are starting from the Gliwice Railway Station (Dworzec PKP Gliwice), exit the station and head to the bus stop located right outside. Take bus number 30 or 37 towards Katowice. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Katowice Złoty Potok'. From there, walk towards plac Wyzwolenia, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see the Nikiszowiec area as you approach the address plac Wyzwolenia 21.
Walking
If you are near the center of Gliwice, you can walk to Nikiszowiec. Head south on ul. Zwycięstwa towards ul. Górnych Wałów. Continue straight onto ul. Sienkiewicza, which will lead you to the main road leading to Katowice. Once you reach the intersection with ul. Chorzowska, turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach plac Wyzwolenia in Katowice, which should take around 1 hour. Look for the Nikiszowiec area, and the address plac Wyzwolenia 21 will be on your right.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more convenient option, you can use a taxi or a rideshare service like Uber or Bolt. Simply request a ride from your current location in Gliwice to plac Wyzwolenia 21, Katowice. The drive will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. This option is ideal if you are traveling with luggage or prefer not to navigate public transport.
