After crossing the border into the Czech Republic, continue on Route 14 until you reach the town of Špindlerův Mlýn. From here, follow the signs to 'Maiden Rocks' (Maiden Rocks is known as 'Maidenské skály' in Czech). The parking area for Maiden Rocks is located near the entrance of the trail. Note: There may be a parking fee of around 100 CZK per day.
