Getting there

Car

If you are driving to Three Rocks from the main town of Karpacz, head east on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja toward ul. Słowackiego. Continue onto ul. 1 Maja, then take a left onto ul. Leśna. Follow the road as it winds through the forest. Look for signs indicating the trailhead for Three Rocks, which will be located near the entrance to Karkonosze National Park. There is a parking area nearby where you can leave your car for a small fee, typically around 20-30 PLN for the day.

Public Transportation

To reach Three Rocks using public transportation, take a bus from Jelenia Góra to Karpacz. Buses run regularly from the Jelenia Góra bus station, and the journey typically takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Karpacz bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the trailhead. Walking will take approximately 20-30 minutes; head east on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja and follow the directions as mentioned for drivers. A taxi from the bus station to the trailhead may cost around 30-50 PLN.

Hiking

If you are already in Karpacz and prefer to hike, there are well-marked trails leading to Three Rocks. From the center of Karpacz, follow the signs to the trailhead near the Wang Church. The trail is approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) and will take around 1.5-2 hours to reach Three Rocks. Ensure you have proper hiking shoes and water. The trail offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forests.
