Public Transport - Bus
From the Main Square (Rynek Główny), walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take bus number 112 or 194 towards 'Tyniec'. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tyniec' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Benedictine Abbey. Head south on Benedyktyńska Street until you reach the Abbey at Benedyktyńska 37.
Public Transport - Tram
From the Main Square, walk to 'Głowackiego' tram stop. Take tram line 8 towards 'Dębniki'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Tyniec' tram stop. After exiting, walk approximately 15 minutes down Benedyktyńska Street to reach the Benedictine Abbey at address 37.
Walking
If you prefer walking and have the time, you can enjoy a scenic walk from the Main Square to the Abbey. Head south towards the Vistula River, cross the river at the nearest bridge (Most Dębnicki), and follow the riverside path until you reach Tyniec. The walk is approximately 8 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, but you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.
