Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), exit the square from the south side and head towards Grodzka Street. Continue straight until you reach the Vistula Boulevards (Bulwary Wiślane). Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you see the bridge (Most Grunwaldzki). Cross the bridge, and then take the first right onto Mikołaja Kopernika Street. The Botanical Garden will be on your left at number 27.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    From the Main Market Square, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Borek Fałęcki'. Get off at the 'AGH/UR' stop. From there, walk straight down Mikołaja Kopernika Street, and you will find the Botanical Garden at number 27 on your right after about 400 meters.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you prefer taking the bus, head to the 'Teatr Bagatela' bus stop near the Main Market Square. Take bus number 115 or 130 and get off at the 'Mikołaja Kopernika' stop. The Botanical Garden is a short walk away; just walk back towards the direction you came from, and you’ll find the entrance at number 27.

  • Bicycle

    If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Main Market Square and head towards the Vistula Boulevards. Ride along the river towards the Most Grunwaldzki bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Mikołaja Kopernika Street. The Botanical Garden will be on your left at number 27. There are bicycle racks available near the entrance.
