If you are in the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head towards the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) and exit the square via the north side. Walk straight down Floriańska Street until you reach the intersection with St. Anne's Street. Turn right onto St. Anne's Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Senacka Street, and you will find the Geological Museum at number 3 on your left.

From the Main Market Square, you can take Tram number 8 or 10 from the 'Teatr Slowackiego' tram stop. Ride for two stops and get off at 'Uniwersytet'. From the tram stop, walk straight down Gołębia Street, then turn left onto Senacka Street. The Geological Museum will be on your right at number 3.
