If you are in the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head east towards St. Mary's Basilica. From there, turn right onto ul. Floriańska. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Sienna. Turn left onto ul. Sienna, and you will find the Segway Tour office at Sienna 17 on your left side. It is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Take tram line 8 or 13 from the Main Market Square (stop: 'Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej') towards the direction of 'Bieżanów' or 'Mały Płaszów'. Get off at the 'Teatr Słowackiego' stop. From there, walk south on ul. Słowackiego, then turn right onto ul. Sienna. The Segway Tour office at Sienna 17 will be on your right. The total journey will take around 15-20 minutes.
