Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the main square (Rynek Główny), start by heading northwest towards the North end of the square. Walk past the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) on your left until you reach the exit of the square. Continue straight onto ul. Szewska. After about 300 meters, turn left onto ul. Basztowa. Walk for another 200 meters until you reach ul. Karmelicka. Turn right onto ul. Karmelicka and continue for about 500 meters. You will reach a crossroads; continue straight onto Rynek Kleparski. Stary Kleparz is located at Rynek Kleparski 20, on your left.

  • Public Transport (Tram)

    From the main square (Rynek Główny), walk to the nearest tram stop, which is at the eastern end of the square. Board tram number 5 or 10. Ride for about 5 stops until you reach the stop 'Kraków Główny'. Disembark and head north towards ul. Basztowa. Continue walking straight until you reach ul. Karmelicka, and then turn right. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach Rynek Kleparski. Stary Kleparz will be on your left at Rynek Kleparski 20.

  • Walking from Wawel Castle

    If you are starting from Wawel Castle, exit the castle grounds and head north towards ul. Grodzka. Turn left onto ul. Grodzka and continue walking for about 600 meters until you reach the main square (Rynek Główny). From there, follow the previous walking instructions: head northwest towards the North end of the square, past the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), and continue to ul. Szewska, then ul. Basztowa, followed by ul. Karmelicka, until you reach Rynek Kleparski.
