Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head south towards the Planty Park. Walk along the park until you reach the Vistula Boulevards. Continue walking along the river, enjoying the views. Once you reach the Wawel Castle, keep walking along the riverbank until you see the signs for Podgórze. Cross the Pilsudski Bridge (Most Pilsudskiego) to reach the other side of the Vistula River. After crossing, follow the signs for Krakus Mound. The mound is located in a park area, and you'll see it from a distance as you approach.

  • Public Transport (Tram)

    From the Main Market Square, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take tram line 3 towards 'Czerwone Maki' or line 19 towards 'Borek Fałęcki'. Get off at the 'Podgórze' tram stop. From there, head south on ul. Słowackiego, and follow the signs leading to Krakus Mound. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the tram stop.
