Walking
If you're starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head south towards the Planty Park. Walk along the park until you reach the Vistula Boulevards. Continue walking along the river, enjoying the views. Once you reach the Wawel Castle, keep walking along the riverbank until you see the signs for Podgórze. Cross the Pilsudski Bridge (Most Pilsudskiego) to reach the other side of the Vistula River. After crossing, follow the signs for Krakus Mound. The mound is located in a park area, and you'll see it from a distance as you approach.
Public Transport (Tram)
From the Main Market Square, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take tram line 3 towards 'Czerwone Maki' or line 19 towards 'Borek Fałęcki'. Get off at the 'Podgórze' tram stop. From there, head south on ul. Słowackiego, and follow the signs leading to Krakus Mound. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the tram stop.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Main Market Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Teatr Bagatela'. Take bus line 124 or 152 towards 'Wola Duchacka'. Get off at the 'Krakus Mound' stop. The mound is just a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs and paths leading up to the mound. Enjoy the scenic views from the top!
