If you're traveling by car from Kurpie, start by heading west on Route 61 (Droga Krajowa 61) towards Łomża. Follow the signs for the DK61 for about 35 km until you reach the town of Ostrołęka. Once in Ostrołęka, take the exit onto Route 53 (Droga Krajowa 53) towards Olsztyn. Continue on DK53 for approximately 20 km until you see signs for Puszcza Biała. Turn left onto the local road that leads into the forest area. There is no entrance fee to access the forest.

For those using public transportation, begin your journey at the Kurpie bus station. Take a bus heading to Ostrołęka, which typically runs every hour. Once you arrive in Ostrołęka, transfer to a bus going to the village of Kadzidło. The bus service to Kadzidło runs less frequently, so check the schedule in advance. From Kadzidło, you can either walk (approximately 3 km) or arrange for a local taxi to take you to Puszcza Biała. Total costs will vary, but expect to pay around 20-30 PLN for the bus fare and an additional 20 PLN for a taxi if needed.
