If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Kuyavia. Head southwest on the road towards Poznań. Follow the A1 highway for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the Poznań exit. Merge onto the S11 route and continue towards the city center. Once in Poznań, follow the signs for Nowe Miasto. The church is located at Świętojańska 1, 61-113 Poznań. There is limited street parking available around the church, so be prepared to find a spot a few blocks away.

To reach the Church of Saint John of Jerusalem by public transportation from Kuyavia, first take a local bus to the nearest train station. From there, board a train heading to Poznań Główny. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Upon arriving at Poznań Główny station, exit and locate the tram stop outside the station. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Rondo Kaponiera' stop and transfer to tram line 10. Ride until you reach 'Mostów' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the church at Świętojańska 1.
