Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Kraków. Use the A4 motorway and follow the signs for Kraków if you're coming from outside the city. Once you reach Kraków, take the exit towards the city center (Centrum). Follow ul. Grzegórzecka, and then turn onto ul. Mikołaja Kopernika. The Botanical Garden is located at Mikołaja Kopernika 27, 31-501 Kraków. Parking may be limited near the garden, so look for nearby public parking options.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach the Botanical Garden using public transportation, find the nearest bus stop that services Kraków. You can take bus number 144, which goes directly to the stop 'Mikołaja Kopernika', located near the garden. The journey time will vary depending on your starting point, but you can expect around 20-30 minutes from the city center. Make sure to purchase a ticket before boarding; a single ticket costs approximately 4.60 PLN.

• Public Transportation - Tram

  Another option is to take a tram. Look for tram line 9 or 13, which will take you to the 'Mikołaja Kopernika' tram stop. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of the Botanical Garden.   If you are already in the vicinity, the Botanical Garden is accessible by foot. From the main square (Rynek Główny), it is about a 20-minute walk. Head east on ul. Floriańska, then turn left onto ul. Mikołaja Kopernika. Follow this road straight to the garden entrance at Mikołaja Kopernika 27.
