    If you are driving, head towards Warsaw and take the S8 expressway. Exit at the 'Wola' junction and continue on ul. Górczyńska. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto ul. Jana Kazimierza. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach ul. Stefana Czarnieckiego. Turn right, and you will find Sokolnicki fort at number 51 on your right.
