Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by entering 'Tatrzańska, 80-330 Gdańsk' into your GPS. From the center of Gdańsk, head south on Długa Street towards Węgierska Street. Continue straight onto Chałubińskiego Street, then merge onto Aleja Grunwaldzka (Węgierska Street) heading towards Sopot. After approximately 4 km, turn right onto Tatrzańska Street. Follow Tatrzańska Street until you reach the Pachołek hill observation deck, which is located at the end of the road. There is no parking fee, but ensure to park responsibly.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Pachołek hill observation deck via public transport, take the SKM (Fast Urban Railway) from Gdańsk Główny station towards Sopot. Get off at the Gdańsk Oliwa station. From there, you can either take bus number 110 or 122 towards 'Oliwa ZOO'. Get off at the 'Oliwa ZOO' stop. From the bus stop, it is a 15-minute walk to the observation deck. Follow the signs for 'Pachołek', which will lead you through a scenic forest path. This option may incur a small fare for the bus (around 3.80 PLN one way).

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Gdańsk. Head towards the Oliwa district using bike lanes along Aleja Grunwaldzka. After reaching the area near the Gdańsk Oliwa station, follow Tatrzańska Street uphill to reach the Pachołek hill observation deck. Make sure to check for local bike rental services, which typically charge around 15 PLN per hour.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby, walking to Pachołek hill observation deck is a great option. From Oliwa Park, take the path leading towards Tatrzańska Street. The walk will take around 30 minutes through scenic trails. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven in places. This is a free option.
