If you are in central Radom, start at the main square (Rynek). From the square, head south on ul. Żeromskiego. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Planty. Turn left onto ul. Planty, and follow this street for about 600 meters. You will see Park Planty on your right. The park entrance is marked and easily accessible.
