Walking
From the Sopot City Centre, head east towards the main road, ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino. Walk straight until you reach the nearest tram stop, Sopot PKP. Catch the SKM train towards Gdańsk. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at Gdańsk Główny station. Once you exit the station, walk towards ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie, and follow it until you reach the Targ Węglowy area, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
Public Transport
From Sopot, take tram line 3 from the Sopot Zdrój stop towards Gdańsk. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Gdańsk Stocznia stop. From there, walk towards ul. Targ Węglowy, which is a 5-minute walk. The Katownia is located at Targ Węglowy 26.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental stations in Sopot. Head towards the promenade along the coast, then continue onto the bike path that leads towards Gdańsk. Follow the signs for Gdańsk City Centre. Once you reach Gdańsk, navigate towards Targ Węglowy where Katownia is located. The bike ride will take approximately 40 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Sopot to Targ Węglowy 26 in Gdańsk. Simply hail a taxi or use a ride-sharing app to request a ride. The journey typically takes around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
