From Sopot, head to the Sopot train station (Sopot Główny). You can walk there by going down the main street, ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino, which is filled with shops and cafes. Once at the station, buy a ticket to Gdańsk Główny, which is approximately a 20-minute train ride. Trains run frequently, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long. Upon arriving at Gdańsk Główny, exit the station and head towards the Old Town. Follow the signs towards 'Stare Miasto' and walk down ul. Podwale Grodzkie until you reach the Green Gate (Zielona Brama). From there, walk straight through the Long Market (Długi Targ) where you will find your destination at Długi Targ, 80-831 Gdańsk.

If you prefer walking, start at the Sopot pier (molo), which is a popular tourist spot. From the pier, walk along the beach towards Gdańsk. This scenic route will take you along the coast. After about 1.5 hours of walking, you will reach the Gdańsk Old Town. Once you arrive in the Old Town, head towards the Green Gate (Zielona Brama). Continuing straight from there will lead you to Długi Targ where your destination is located.
