From Sopot, walk to the nearest SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska) station, which is Sopot Railway Station. Board a train heading towards Gdańsk. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at Gdańsk Stocznia station. From there, walk about 1 km (approximately 15 minutes) to Wisłoujście Fortress. Head south on Toruńska street, then turn left onto Gdańska street, and continue until you reach Stara Twierdza, where the fortress is located.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Sopot. Head towards the bike path along the seaside towards Gdańsk. Follow the path until you reach Gdańsk. Continue on the bike path, and then make your way to Wisłoujście Fortress, which is approximately 6 km from Sopot. Look for signs leading to the fortress, and you'll find it at Stara Twierdza 1.
