Train

From Sopot, head to the Sopot train station located at ul. Kościuszki 1. You can walk there in about 10 minutes from the city center. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Gdańsk Główny. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. After arriving at Gdańsk Główny station, exit the station and head straight onto ul. 3 Maja. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie. Turn left onto Podwale Przedmiejskie and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the Johannes Hevelius monument located at Śródmieście, 80-001 Gdańsk.
Bus

From Sopot, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at ul. Kościuszki. Take bus number 143 towards Gdańsk. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Gdańsk Podwale'. From there, walk towards the intersection of ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Johannes Hevelius monument at Śródmieście, 80-001 Gdańsk.
