If you are near the Szczecin Central Station (Dworzec Główny), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram number 2 heading towards 'Wyszyńskiego'. Once you reach the riverbank, turn right and stroll along the waterfront until you see M/S Joanna at Bulwar Piastowski.
